Our goods make excellent gifts for the new arrival, baby showers, birthdays, and more! And we work hard to make sure your lucky recipient goes gaga for our goods!
Your gifts will arrive tucked in our signature-colored crinkle paper (white, black and bright pink), packed in a white mailable gift box along with a nifty gift card with your personalized message (optional), and sealed with a "Go Gaga for Gaga Goods" sticker! Gift card text can be entered in the Special Instructions section during checkout. All orders being sent to a second address are assumed to be gifts and are sent without invoices.
In addition to the above gift packaging, our apparel goods always come tucked inside beautiful white organza gift bags. Our Nifty Gifty Notecards are packaged in clear cellophane bags tied with our signature-colored wraphia ribbon. All Gaga Goods products come with clever gift hang tags that make your occasion extra-special.
Sizing
Our products are made from the softest 100% cotton, pre-washed for minimal shrinkage; however, if you are concerned about sizing and like a roomier fit, we recommend you order the next larger size.
Of course, we know sizing can be tricky with little ones. With plump babies and svelte babies (and babies in-between), it's often hard to judge just by a little one's age. We've tried to make your decision easier with some detailed measurements in the charts below -- and our new NO HASSLE Size Exchange Policy. If you order a size too small or large, just drop us an email at weborders@gagagoods.com, then mail it back to us with your newly requested size. We'll ship you a new one AT NO COST TO YOU! Please make sure the returned shirt is in new & unworn condition with all it's packaging.
You'll note our smallest size infant Snuggly and Tee is labeled 3-6 months per our clothing manufacturer; however, we consider 7-15 pounds a newborn size given that the average baby is over 7 pounds at birth! This first chart lists manufacturer recommendations. The other two charts give actual shirt measurements:

Design Application
Our designs are screenprinted with high-quality inks that are soft to the touch and safe for little ones. Our design application allows you to wash your product as you please, but to keep your product looking it's very, very best, follow the care instructions on your product information tag (wash cold inside out, gentle soap, tumble dry low).

Standard Shipping: Your order is processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, and will typically arrive via USPS or UPS Ground within an additional 1-5 days of shipping depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment and can be entered at either www.ups.com (on the "Tracking" page) or www.usps.com (on the "Track & Confirm" page).
*Standard shipping charges start at the base rate shown on the chart. If your order includes large and/or heavyweight items (like goodiebags or toys), additional shipping charges will be added for those items at checkout.
Express Shipping: Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on what time of day we receive your order. Expected delivery time is 1-2 days after processing. A flat fee of $20 is applied on top of our Standard shipping charges for this option. Please be sure to provide accurate address and phone number information. There is no Express Shipping available for Hawaii or Alaska. Please contact us if you have questions on timing or have other expedited shipping needs.
International Shipping (CANADA): Orders shipping to our great neighbor to the North, Canada, will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Our Standard shipping charges will apply along with an additional flat fee of just $10. Delivery time is typically 4-7 days. Please be sure to provide accurate address and phone number information.
International Shipping (ALL OTHER COUNTRIES): International orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail International. Our Standard shipping charges will apply along with an additional flat fee of $15 to all orders outside the US (except for Canada) to cover shipping time (customs forms preparation) & costs. Shipping time is typically 7-10 days. Please be sure to provide accurate address and phone number information.
PO, APO or FPO Boxes: We are happy to ship your order to a PO, APO or FPO Box via USPS. Please select our Standard shipping. No Express shipping is available to PO, APO or FPO Boxes.
For Express and International Shipping: Because of size & weight variability in our products, it's possible your shipping costs may exceed the amount charged on our retail site. If this happens, you will be notified via email and charged for the outstanding amount. If you have any questions or wish to get a shipping price quote prior to purchase, please contact us at weborders@gagagoods.com.
We often rate-check our shipping charges with other carriers to make sure you're getting the best price. Heavier weight items may ship United Parcel Service (UPS) if we determine a better rate/delivery time. However your packages are shipping, you will receive tracking information & can rest easy that your gifts will arrive in great condition!
Billing/Sales Tax
We charge your card only when your order is ready for shipping. Sales tax is required for Wisconsin residents only. Please note the 5.5% tax is charged on total cost, including S&H charges based on state tax regulations.
Returns
We just know you’ll go gaga for our goods; however, if you are not happy with an item, please give us a chance to make you proud. Just email us within 10 days at weborders@gagagoods.com with your concerns. All returned goods (other than size exchanges) require a Return Authorization number and goods must arrive in clean, unworn condition, with original packaging. Please ship prepaid and insured. Please note shipping charges are not refundable.
Size Exchange Policy: If you are exchanging an item for a different size, no Return Authorization number is necessary. Just return the item, along with your order info and newly requested size, and we’ll ship you a new one via First Class Mail AT NO COST TO YOU. We want your little ones to be cozy & comfy in the size that’s right for them!
